ELIT', recruitment fair for Africa

Created in 2005 by the African Business Club, ELIT was born from many discussions among actors from economic, education and associative backgrounds who shared a common interest for the future and the socio-economic development of African countries. The genesis of Elit came from three observations:  

• It is an urgent matter to fill the gap in information about different career opportunities offered by Africa.
• It is primordial necessity to establish a dynamic network of between students, young professionals and experienced managers who graduated from the Grandes Ecoles and Universities in France and Europe.
• Finally, it is useful to provide a framework conducive to networking between different actors of the value creation in Africa: business, human capital, and institutional organizations in particular.  

International Institutions are unanimous: human capital is a key factor in the fight Africa is leading to reduce poverty and achieve the Millennium Development Goals.

Through Elit', African Business Club wishes to enroll in that dynamic and work for the "reverse brain drain" on the continent.
